PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Return your product within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange it for another product to best fit your needs. Please note that we do not offer refunds. A

 

TIMELY ARRIVAL 
We ask that guests arrive 10 mins early to your facial appointment. 
Please give yourself extra time to park so you can arrive stress free and be ready to enjoy your visit. Parking can be found on the street. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late could result in a reduction of services or re-booking your appointment for a different time in which would result in a $45 fee per service. If your artist is running behind more than 15 mins every effort will be made to correct the experience.



 

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
Your reservations are important to us at The Curl Haus.  They're exclusively reserved for you, & we truly value your time as well as that of our Artists. A credit card is required on file. We get it—life can throw curveballs. So, kindly provide us with at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This time is precious & it helps us serve you better.

Late cancellations, less than 72 hours in advance, will result in a loss of deposit. No shows incur a $45 charge per service to the card on file. We're here to accommodate you, with the more notice you can give us, the better we can assist you. Enforcing this policy ensures we can offer reservation slots to our waitlisted guests & maintain our schedules to serve everyone at The Curl Haus effectively. Thank you for your understanding & support of our policy.

 

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION 
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for changing or cancelling appointments. A cancelation within 72 hours of appointment will result in $45 charge per service. In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salons behalf , every effort to accommodate the experience same day will be made. Please contact our desk 580-699-3895 for more questions.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS POLICY 
We want you to love your experience with us here at The Curl Haus. We believe in an open, honest conversation between our guests and our team. We do not offer refunds on services, but guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let leadership know within 7 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of original service or extra fee will apply. Please contact leadership at 580-699-3895 for more questions.

SALON DISCRETION

As an inclusive space our priority will continue to be safety and security at The Curl Haus. All appointments are subject to cancellation at  the salons discretion if a situation is to arise. In the event of an illness related reason The Curl Haus reserves the right to reschedule any appointments necessary but will make our best effort to accommodate.
