I first stumbled across my love for styling when I learned how to braid in high school. Between school and my current job, I wasn’t really able to practice on anyone but myself. So I went to work with a hand held mirror that I had propped up so I could see the vanity Mirror behind me! Boy were my arms tired, but the better I got, the more I loved it, and the more I wanted to keep going. Before long I was braiding members of our sporting teams hair before games, and at the end of the year when prom rolled around it would be me and a few of my friends getting ready together so I could do their updos as well as my own! 

I knew becoming a stylist was the right choice for me after trying out the whole college thing and realizing that just wasn’t where I needed to be. At the time I was double majoring in preforming and visual arts, and even though i loved both of those things, I could still feel my heart strings being pulled elsewhere. I knew I’d never be happy if I wasn’t spending each and every day creating and getting to be the artist I am or driving to help others feel happy and important. So what better way than by doing hair? The feeling I get when seeing the girl in my chair light up because she genuinely loves what she sees in the mirror, is a whole new level of fulfillment I can’t even begin to express. 

It is my dream to be one of the greatest Bridal stylists around and I drive to be every girls go to gal for their special day. I trust that my easy going, yet professional personality will make my guests feel comfortable and confident in my abilities to deliver. 

When I’m not in the salon you’ll find me spending time outdoors in my garden, tending to my animals, or continuing to create through my music or art. My favorite quote is “There is nothing more truly artistic than to love people.” -Vincent Van Gogh 

As your stylist I want you to know that not only will I be there not only for what your hair is going through, but for what ever it is you’re going through as well! Think of me as your hairapist!
